KRIVIČNOPRAVNA ZAŠTITA INFORMACIONE BEZBEDNOSTI U KONTEKSTU RAČUNARSKIH PREVARA

Globalizacija, razvoj novih i sve naprednijih informaciono – komunikacionih tehnologija i izmeštanje komunikacija i delatnosti iz fizičkog u sajber prostor otvorili su put brojnim mogućnostima, ali i rizicama. Zaštita virtuelnog, sajber prostora postala je pandan zaštiti državnih granica u realnom svetu. Ekspanzija novih entiteta - društvenih mreža početkom XXI veka otvorila je dodatni prostor za všršenje krivičnih dela visokotehnološkog kriminala i za brojne zloupotrebe računarskih podataka, u pozadini kojih je najčešće ekonomski interes. Kao najširi vid visokotehnološkog kriminala izdvajaju se računarske prevare, koje putem zloupotrebe podataka utiču na rezultat njihove elektronske obrade i prenosa, čime uzrokuju enormne štetne posledice po državu, pojedince i društvo. Na državnim organima i zakonodavcima je da uhvate korak sa tehnološkim razvojem i da odgovarajućom pravnom regulativom, preventivnim, edukativnim i drugim koordinisanim merama pravovremeno spreče izvršenje ovih krivičnih dela, odnosno adekvatno ih sankcionišu kako bi svakom pojedincu, ali i društvu u celini obezbedili potreban nivo zaštite.
